Account & data deletion
Manafold includes separate controls for deleting data from one device and permanently deleting a registered account with its cloud-backed data.
Delete data from this device
In the Manafold app, open Account and choose the device-data deletion action. This removes the account's encrypted local database and key from the device. For a registered account, cloud-backed data is retained and can be restored after sign-in.
Permanently delete a registered account
In Account, choose the permanent deletion action and confirm the irreversible request. Manafold deletes the application account, cloud collections, decks, inventory data, and the current device replica, then requests deletion of the authentication account.
Guest data
Guest collection, deck, import, and note data is local-only. Remove it through the device-data controls or by deleting the app. Export important records first.
Need help?
Contact support@manafold.dev if an in-app deletion cannot complete. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment details.
