1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use our website and applications, and you must comply with applicable law.

2. User accounts

Where an account is offered, you are responsible for your credentials and the activity under your account.

3. User-provided data

Content you enter—including collections, decks, and event data—remains yours. You are responsible for its accuracy and for keeping your own backups where appropriate.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the applications, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to violate the rights of others.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid features may be offered later. Any purchases and renewals made through the Apple App Store are also governed by Apple’s terms.

6. Intellectual property

The applications, website, and their original content are owned by Manafold, LLC. Third-party trademarks and data belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party services & data

Some features rely on third-party services and data sources, which may be inaccurate, delayed, changed, or unavailable.

8. Service availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and products in beta or development may change substantially.

9. Disclaimers

The applications and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability & termination

To the extent permitted by law, Manafold, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Manafold-specific terms

Manafold provides tools for tracking Magic: The Gathering collections and decks. Collection, deck, and card data you enter remains yours; you are responsible for its accuracy. Card data and pricing are provided through third parties and may be inaccurate or delayed. Scanner matches and value estimates must be reviewed before relying on them.

Manafold is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Calindex app

Calindex-specific terms

Calindex provides tools for viewing and changing Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders content configured on your device. You control calendar and reminder permissions, visible sources, and the writable destination for new items. Changes or deletions made to a writable source through Calindex affect that underlying source and may sync through its configured calendar or reminder provider.

Text parsing, image text recognition, duplicate classification, schedule insights, and notifications may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing dates, times, recurrence, destinations, alerts, and other details before saving or relying on them. Calindex has no user account or Calindex cloud backup service; deleting local import history does not delete events already saved to Apple Calendar.

Calindex is developed and operated by Manafold, LLC. It is an independent product and is not part of the Manafold app for Magic: The Gathering.
